Crock-Pot Ministry

The idea of cooking a healthy, low budget meal for your family while you are at work was not our idea. The idea that we could supply crock pots to low income residents in our area is. We are striving to meet the needs of our brothers and sisters in Christ. With times being hard and finding jobs even harder, being a good steward with your money is important. The idea of feeding your family a delicious meal after a long day of hard work for some is just a dream. Some families are considered fortunate to have a good meal once a week.

We were introduced to the idea of collecting crock pots and donations to purchase crock pots by our brother Don Jackson. He further explained that the procedure of instructing these families would include how to prepare with recipes, what to shop for, and setting monthly budgets. We are sharing in Don’s passion for helping those in need and wish to extend the invitation to those who are led by the spirit to participate.
